Depending on whether you order a Pre-Paid Data SIM or a 30 Day Data SIM the following charges apply

30 Day Data SIM cards

Depending on your chosen plan and delivery date special delivery is covered by your £10.00 registration fee. By default, at present deliveries can only be made to a UK billing address. If an alternative delivery address is required please contact us.

Pre-paid data SIMs

UK Delivery Costs

  • £0.99 - First Class Delivery (SIM Only)
  • £3.99 - First Class Delivery (with a MiFi unit)

 All orders are dispatched same-day (orders placed before 1pm) from our warehouse within 24hrs Mon-Fri

  • Special Delivery (Next Day) - £7.99 (Mon-Thurs)

All orders for next day delivery need to be received by 1pm in order to be dispatched same day. 

Expected Delivery Times for the UK

  • First Class Delivery - (1-3 working days) 
  • Next Day Delivery - (24hrs Mon-Thurs, orders placed before 1pm)

    International Delivery Costs

    • £3.99 - Standard International Delivery (SIM Only, Untraceable)
    • £4.99 - Standard International Delivery (with a MiFi unit)
    • £9.99 - Express International Delivery (SIM Only, Traceable to point of passing to local postal service)
    • £14.99 - Express International Delivery (with a MiFi unit)

    The world wide web stretches to all corners of the globe and so do we! Please note, these are expected delivery times based on the last 12 months. We can not be held responsible for delayed delivery caused by factors outside of our control so please consider this when ordering.

    • Standard International Delivery - (7-15 working days).
    • Express International Delivery(5-7 working days).

    Please Note: Orders placed after 13:00 or at weekends will be processed the next working day.

    FedEx premium delivery options are available, depending on destination, from £29.00 to £49.00 and take 3-4 business days. Please email us prior to,or after purchase, and we will be able to upgrade your order and enable you to make a further payment as required.

    Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time.

    We will endeavor to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less £5 or the products (whichever is less) to cover our postal and administrative costs. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the card holder’s billing address.
