How do I top-up?

Once you have purchased your SIM card we will provide you with access to the online portal. Topping up is extremely simple and can be done on-line via the on-line portal or by purchasing top-up vouchers from 1000's of retailers nationwide.

Can you make and receive calls using the SIM in a Smartphone?

Yes you can! In fact the SIM offers some brilliant rates for voice and SMS. Click here for more info.

What is the validity of the Spanish Pre-Paid Data SIM card?

The plan will automatically renew (every 7 days), on condition that you have sufficient funds (€3.50)If you do not have enough credit the SIM will expire after 60 days.

What network is the SIM connected to and what is the coverage?

The Spanish Pre-Paid SIM card belongs to the Orange Mobile network.

Can the SIM be used outside of Spain?

The Spanish SIM card will work outside of Spain. However you will have to pay roaming charges.

Device compatibility

First and foremost we'd recommend our MiFi device for simple plug and play usage. Alternatively the French data SIM card will work in most unlocked; smartphones.

Can the SIM be used for tethering?

Unfortunately the Spanish Pre-Paid data SIM card will not allow data tethering. In less technical terms this means that it can't be used in a Smartphone to create a WiFi hotspot. If you wish to share your data connection please use a MiFi device.
